I purchased 2 templates from them back in December with priority service (which I thought meant 2 or 3 days return time). After having to reverse my PayPal payments when I received nothing in over a month nor any response from their support I suddenly received 2 templates in my inbox both of which were TERRIBLE. I’ve seen better work from my $35 landing page guys. I decided to continue pursuing the reverse payment of the priority service because the templates clearly weren’t delivered “priority”. Of course the GetLandingPage guys refused to refund me the money, and being a former PayPal merchant I knew I didn’t have a hope or a prayer of getting my money back through PayPal’s claim system (which I tried anyway and was denied because the item was intangible).
